Website and enquiries
This website presents CGC vehicles and accepts non-binding enquiries. Vehicle selection, previews, PDFs and receipt acknowledgements do not constitute a purchase order, contract or payment obligation. The final price including applicable taxes, delivery costs, timing, equipment and contract terms are agreed separately before a contract is concluded.
Vehicle information
Photographs may show optional equipment or illustrations. Range and other catalogue figures depend on configuration, load, terrain and use. Availability, exact specification, permitted use and any registration requirements must be confirmed for the particular vehicle before purchase. These statements do not exclude liability for inaccurate information or mandatory buyer rights.
Consumer rights
These are website terms, not a replacement for sales terms. If a consumer distance contract is later concluded, we provide the required pre-contract information, including total price, delivery, statutory conformity rights and the 14-day withdrawal right where applicable, its form and statutory exceptions. Selecting a standard configuration does not automatically remove the withdrawal right.
Use and content
Use the website lawfully, without disruption, unauthorised access or providing others’ information without a lawful basis. Text, design and photographs are protected by their owners’ rights; personal information use is allowed within legal limits. External websites have their own terms. Applicable Croatian law does not remove mandatory consumer protection or jurisdiction under applicable law. Changes apply to future use from publication.
