Submitting a written complaint
Email info@crogolfcar.com or write to CROGOLFCAR d.o.o., Šetalište 150. brigade Hrvatske vojske 8, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia. Include your name, reply contact, reasons and, where available, enquiry, contract or invoice reference. We do not charge for receiving complaints.
Acknowledgement and response
We acknowledge receipt without delay and reply in writing within 15 days of receipt, stating whether we accept the complaint’s grounds. Records are retained for at least one year. This process does not restrict your rights to contact competent authorities or courts. For unresolved disputes, our response provides information on the applicable alternative consumer dispute resolution body and participation.
